While there wasn’t much Autodoc review feedback on our site at the time of writing, it was easy to find positive comments from TopCashback members who had shopped with the car parts retailer through us. One even left positive feedback despite having an issue with their cashback, saying: “Easy and quick. Cashback didn’t track but TopCashback sorted the issue quickly. Cashback paid as scheduled.” Another member clearly enjoyed buying from Autodoc as they stated: “Love the shop, always good price.” While there might not have been much feedback on our site, there were plenty of positive Autodoc reviews on Trustpilot. One delighted customer said: “I’ve dealt with Autodoc a few times now and they’ve always come up trumps. If there’s a part they haven’t got, they will always attempt to get it.”
Many others have clearly been impressed with the parts they have received, with other comments including “the part fit my car as expected and was less than half the price of any other supplier”, “part I was looking for was cheap, and quality was amazing” and “arrived on time, just as described and perfect fit. Good prices as well”. Many others mention the delivery speed and the service provided by Autodoc. Some of the remarks left include “delivery on time and products just right” and “very professional, friendly service at a sensible price”.
