Please be aware of the small print, when the boots arrived in England I was informed I had to pay another £32 in tax! I found it cheaper to buy Ugg from Army and Navy.

To be honest, i wont mind buying aussie-made UGG boots, which is said to have longer history than the Decker highstreet one and better, however Im not convinced this time. after two weeks' waiting, of course after paying VAT, i received it, it looked good, however, my heart sank when putting on, its quite heavy for a start, then i found it loose on the ankle part, so i have to drag my feet to keep them on properly, really not very comfortable... wont recommend...

Be very careful with this site as they don't sell the genuine UGG boots. The site is very misleading and only if you navigate to the FAQ section does it state they don't sell the genuine product, but instead their own product. They will charge you up to 25% cancellation fee even if you ring up straight after ordering. I'm very surprised that TopCashback recommend this site as Consumer Direct have already received many complaints against them. Again, be warned.

This site is apparently selling fake Ugg boots and I am shocked that TCB is promoting them

Nowhere on teh site do they mention the fact that you will have to pay a customs duty on teh package they send to UK. I placed and order and paid for express delivery 2-5 working days and received the package 3 weeks later and had to pay the customs duty, which was an extra £28, for one pair of Ugg Boots, to have the package delivered to me. This meant that all in all the boots cost me approximately £140. As I only receive cashback on the merchants sale price, taking all these costs in to considderation, I would have been better off paying £120 -£150 in the UK for the boots and not have the hassle.

This does not look like the genuine designer 'Ugg' Boots website. Did a counterfeit website lookup on http://www.uggaustralia.com/gb/counterfeit.aspx They had no record of this retailer therefore make sure with retailer if these are genuine Ugg branded boots or ugg style boots.

This merchant has failed to honour the 10% cashback, despite mycashback re-submitting claim 3 times and me contacting them directly. They failed to respond to my email. I do not recommend this vendor. Aside from the cashback issue, please ensure you consider the customs VAT charges and the administration fee for the carrier (Parcelforce in my case). This was just over £36 for one pair of boots.

Similar to the previous comment by fobbyfish. The vendor tracked the cashback quickly with almost £10 showing since December. Funds were due payable at end of February, but are now showing as ZERO. I did expect to pay tax on import, however was planning on cashback off-setting this cost. Anticipate ZERO CASHBACK, and £25 tax and fees for one pair of boots. Proceed with caution.

Gorgeous Ugg Boots, my daughter is delighted with them. I was pleased with the savings by shopping online, however there was an unepected £20 charge for VAT and Royal Mail added charge, which was not on the original bill. Luckily they were still substantially cheaper than buying from the shops.

You need to be aware of a couple of things - if you pay for express delivery, that the quoted 2-4 working days will actually start once they have processed the order. In my case that was 3 working days after I placed the order. After waiting 15 days for the parcel to arrive, I received a letter from Parcel Force stating HMRC required payment of VAT on the 'import', and Parcel Force also required a handling fee. I paid that on receipt of the request. So the delivery is now expected on Mon 4th Jan, some 18 days and £55 in extra charges after I placed and paid for the order. Also don't forget you need to oil Ugg boots before wearing.

Just a small warning. Make sure you read the merchant's FAQ thoroughly. Whilst these are "ugg" boots, they are not genuine Decker UGG Boots. The merchant is honest about it but it isn't necessarily clear from their home page.
