Cashback tracked without having to submit a ticket. Took ages to become payable as with every other insurance related purchase but they did pay which is a novelty! Well done Argos - you just need to speed up a bit now when processing and progressing cashback

Best quote on pet insurance for my dog. Cashback tracked at 0.00 but changed when confirmed. Paid on time about 3 months after taking out policy. Thank you very much :-)

Received pay out in 4th month of taking out the insurance policy. Not had to claim thankfully so can't review on that aspect. No issues so good all round.

Purchased in March 14 - automatically tracked at £0.00 which went to payable at £0.00 in Sept. 14
Merchants like Argos should be barred from TCB - why they are allowed to lure further custom using a cashback incentive which will never pay is terrible.

Pet insurance purchased 11 months. I am now tracking at £0.00. Much like the other reviewers, the likelihood of any cashback is remote. Nearly time to change insurer!!

Don't bother with Argos - really poor performance. Am still waiting for cashback from Aug 2013. Tracked at correct amount first of all then confirmed at £0.00. Lodged claim a few months ago and topcashback are still waiting for Argos to respond so don't think I'll ever see this money. AVOID!!!

Second everything on the previous comments. Cashback didnt track so had to raise with Top cashback. Eventually tracked but at wrong amount. Doesnt matter though because after a further 6 months still no sign of it being paid anyway.

What a shambles !! Ordered Argos Pet Insurance nearly 11 MONTHS ago, still no sign of my cashback. Have been liasing with Customer Care for last 3 months but no sign of any progress. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!

regret will avoid in future - they dont seem to intend to actually ever pay your cashback. I am within 14 days of renewal now and still no cashback from last years policy ! Cashback has tracked successfully and even become 'confirmed' twice but then dropped back to zero and I had to chase it up (2/3 more months) to get it back to confirmed again. This most recent time it is confirmed for 2 months but will it ever get to payable ? I doubt it.
Avoid, their cashback offer is a con.

11 months I have been waiting for cashback one minute its payable next its zero amount now im waiting to be paid afterits been confirmed a second time, l wont be renewing the policy with them!! Terrible service its just a con to make you purchase but who do you complai to.

Like many I had problems with the cashback. TCB could assist no further. I knew my case was valid, so appealed directly to Argos. They considered my case and concluded in my favour sending me a £30 cheque. They displayed a caring attitude and won me over, back to their product for another year. Well done them.

I got pet insurance from Argas because of good cashback deal
11months latter no sign of cash back
After submiting a support ticket Cashback have got $20.20 to pending status
But I think I was owed $30.30
I would not recomend Argos Pet Insurance for cashback
If they have no intention of paying up they should be removed from cashback web site
