Cashback for recent purchase wasn't registered to start with, but Topcashback got it organised and it was payable quite quickly. A previous claim was not registered, queried and subsequently declined. So a bit hit and miss.

I spent £299 on an item. I had an email that the cashback claim had tracked. As far as I was concerned I'd completed the transaction online. However, someone from AppliancesDirect phoned me to 'check some details' and to try to sell me an extended warranty. Months later (too late to do anything about it) I saw cashback had been declined as transactions have to be completed immediately and WHOLLY on line. I believe they themselves created the situation where they could decline payment by phoning me! It felt like a bit of a con really! I wish I hadn't spoken to them now. People be careful about speaking to them if you're expecting Cashback!

Can't do and won't do attitude from customer service. Fridge due delivery today has not been delivered even though the courier system tracked it was received by local depot at 0107 this morning. Customer service lied to me at 9am saying the courier did not have it but changed their story when i called back with proof at 12 noon. Cust serv rep did not want to help get a new quick delivery slot, I'd have to do the running around and organise that myself with the courier. Apparently they also have no managers, supervisors, or any points of escalation to simply talk to a justified unhappy customer. Now waiting a further 6 days for a fridge which is sitting at the local depot. Appliances Direct couldn't care less. Will be 6 weeks from ordering by the time I get it, if it arrives at all and they haven't lied to me again.

I purchased an extractor fan £897 on the 30th Oct 2018 with a delivery date of the 1st Nov, they cancelled by email the day before, this has happened a further 3 times and I still have not received the product..worse service ever!

If I could leave a zero star I would! Ordered a new dryer last week and paid delivery for Monday. When they rang me to confirm and all was arranged. I received a text and email the eve before delivery stating it would be delivered within a 2hr time slot. I paid for my Saturday girl to stand in and had the pm off. In the afternoon I got a further text stating that due to a capacity overload they were unable to deliver. I immediately called them and was advised to ring the delivery people for another slot, I did and they offered me a delivery the week later!! I called appliance direct again, explained the situation, said I wasn't happy and they rescheduled a delivery for the next day and refunded my delivery fee. The next day, I again had to arrange cover in my shop to allow me to be at home (another £40 out of my pocket). The time slot given was between 350-550pm, at 2pm I scribed her text to say they were unable to deliver due to a vehicle fault! Fuming was not the word!! Absolutely hopeless!! I called appliance direct and they offered me free delivery next Monday!! I told them politely where to shove it and cancelled my order. Today I have received 3 texts/emails 1 confirming refund of delivery, one confirming cancellation of order and advising me that goods must be returned as they were received and the last one... Confirming delivery for Monday!! I'm sure children could organise this company better than the staff. Risk shambles!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!

Do NOT use! Cashback declined despite my buying a very expensive Smeg fridge for £400. I'm unable to lodge a ticket as Topcashback will not look into a claim. Dodgy!
