Cashback tracked and confirmed fine. However, for some reason when it became payable it converted to zero when I should have received over 5 pounds! Wouldn't use again!

Sent me a faulty item, I returned it to them and they said said it would take 6 weeks for them to look at it. After 2 months I called them and they said they never received it! They only refunded me half what I paid after I complained. Terrible customer service. Won't use again.

Cashback tracked fine and has been confirmed as normal. Customer service however, was awful, when my delivery was 2 weeks late and they blamed it on the weather conditions when it had already cleared up! No compensation offered or anything. The very least I would have expected is the delivery charge refunded. I will not be ordering from this retailer again.

Did not track at all, had to submit manual claim.
Manual claim added by TCB at 10% instead of 12% as advertised.
Dispute ongoing, advertised cashback rate not presently honoured by TCB/affiliate.
Status - Disatisfied
