	Declined. Over £7 cash back declined. No reasons just declined. Out of all the retailers I have used on this site this company is the only one that has done this. Avoid and use love honey or someone else similar.

	Declined Looking at the other reviews, seems like a common thing to decline the cashback. Tip, Bondara and Love Honey don't decline, they honour what they advertise. No more Ann Summers for me.

	Declined As others below, cashback was declined. I did not use any voucher on my purchase. Looks like they potentially declined sale purchases. Made a large order as well, would have expected cashback on an order over £50. Poor.

	Declined Spent over £100 and got declined for the cash back without reason. May as well give up with this site seems nearly everything gets declined unless it’s a couple of pence. Rubbish
