As with so many other people, some of my transactions have not tracked at all. I've also had a couple that have tracked, gone to payable and then after a few days suddenly change to declined! Fair play to the Topcashback team though - they have looked into, and secured a positive outcome to each missing cashback claim I have lodged, even when it does as 'no clicks recorded for this merchant'. Thanks TCB :)

My family have found that cashback only seems to track half the time. Lots of support tickets submitted. Even with clear account records & order numbers etc they will deny they have any record of the transaction? Huh? More often than not on the larger purchases funnily enough! :/

Cashback didn't track and then they wouldn't pay out stating that the items that I bought were not eligible for cash back on the date I purchased them even though I clicked through the offer for a fire tablet and bought a fire tablet. Avoid.

Horrible experience..ive spent over 4.000 pounds over 48 recorded clicks and they only aproved 2`£ 12 p CASHBACK!! For only 2 transactions!!...Waste of timme if anyone ask me...
