An awful service customer! I haven't received yet a package I ordered on April 26 (Today is June 13). I contacted Amazon and they promised I would get a refund if the package won't arrive in 48 hours. It's been weeks since then - they didn't return to me, I didn't get a refund, they don't answer my emails and the chats keeps having technical problems. I'm really shocked by how bad the customer service. I definitely didn't expect that from such a big company and I can only warn other people that they can't be trusted
