Have had numerous transactions fail to track properly, in addition to 2 transactions which have disappeared after 9 months sitting at pending/confirmed.

6 months after the stay, I'm still waiting for the confirmed cashback to be actually paid. In my experience, the expected speed statistics for this merchant are never true.

I book lots of hotels for my job and always try to use Accor and get an Ibis or Novotel. Never had any cashback issues, they track very quickly and offer a great rate on the hotels with the extra discount. Well worth the click!

Have previously used this ithout any problem but despite having paid for a stay taken in October, Accor still haven't marked the sum owed as being Payable. Topcashback currently unable to help as they're waiting on Accor to respond. It's only £10 but I'm unimpressed and will probably use another hotel chain in future.

Made two bookings within five minutes of each other and never left the website in between. Accorhotels claim they cannot find the first booking to allow the cashback and can find only the second booking. From a web developer standpoint this is illogical and not possible, TopCashBack has been given the order numbers on several occasions to chase and also after eight months since the booking I have now stayed at the hotel using both booking numbers. The hotel had no problems finding the booking so I guess that just adds to the perception that Accorhotels are not telling the truth. Beware of Accorhotels randomly not giving cashback.

There seems to be a pattern emerging, Accor hotels have refused my cash back many months after my stay as apparently they couldn't trace the transaction!!! Having read the other recent reviews this excuse seems familiar. Won't be booking with them again.
