	Shysters. Aliexpress declined the largest cashback I was owed by them, and when I filed a missing cashback claim, claimed that the transaction didn't come via TCB. Utter shysters.

	Disappointing service with systematic issues and held funds I have had an increasingly frustrating experience with TopCashback, and the service has become completely unreliable. The main issues: Frequent Cashback Denials: Legitimate purchases that tracked correctly are routinely rejected at the final stage with generic excuses (e.g., "not recognized as the last click") without providing any actual proof. Lowered Rates: The cashback percentages actually credited are frequently lower than the rates advertised at the time of purchase. Blocked Payouts: Funds cannot be withdrawn smoothly; payouts to verified PayPal accounts get blocked or held without clear explanation. Unresponsive Support: Customer support takes up to a full week to reply, and when they do, it is almost always an unhelpful, copy-pasted template. I cannot recommend using this platform until they fix their tracking transparency, improve payout reliability, and provide timely customer support.

	Do NOT rely on the cashback.. Never tracks properly, and the usual chestnut: "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." Erm, I'm a TCB veteran here, not a noob, I know how to click through for cashback. Aliexpress should be banned from here - clear bait and switch tactics.

	Mixed bag - Sometimes it doesn't track / sometimes doesn't pay out As with any purchase, don't depend on cash back as part of the final price calculations. 80% of the time they pay out no problem, sometimes though, they don't, claiming that TCB was not the last referrer - usually on large amounts of £40+. On large purchases I ALWAYS ensure I clear cookies and cache and start a new session so there is no way any other referrer could be possible. So far I've had loads of cash back which is great, but recently I've had over £300 declined across several transactions.

	Invariably get declined Always do all the right things, clear the cache, allow third party cookies etc etc but AliExpress invariably declines to pay the cashback - just had another series of purchases declined!

	Monster Cashback! Have had consistent results and support have been excellent for any missing claims. Aliexpress has been my top cashback provider! Great rates all the time with some seriously good rates now and then.

	High Value Purchase Not Tracked - Claim Rejected Definitely do not use on the basis of high cashback, especially on a high value item as you will find item doesn't track regardless of you knowing to delete history, cookies etc prior to purchasing. Claim then results in nothing. Waste of time and effort and ultimately could have purchased elsewhere for less when taking into account the non cashback amount.

	Pay out pennies - only! Like everything else about aliexpress, their cashback is unreliable. Their presence on Topcashback is mere ‘click bait’. They pay out on a very small percentage of transactions and then only for very small purchases. Anything that involves north of £1 very unlikely.

	Order cancelled Placed an order and it was cancelled within 10 seconds and refunded. I "can" purchase at a higher price now but no point in that. Bad merchant.

	Cashback is always too less than it should be Even allowing for VAT and delivery, the amount of Cashback is always less than it should be. I have raised a ticket on this but have not found out the reason why. It can be as low as 70% of what it should be. It has never happened with the other retailers I use on this site.

	Always errors The worst merchant on here. Always have errors with coupons. Cashback gets rejected and they insist on individual claims from different shops. I'm not doing 30 x £0.24 claims. Today I logged in to see old cash back rejected, and tried getting a coupon to work for half an hour (to no avail) and now cash back has dropped from 15% to 6% after midnight ticked over. Always multiple issues.

	A bit scattergun..... Some transactions track and pay within decent timescales, some track and need constant chasing and either then get paid or some declined for no good reason, even if made on the same day with the same Ali Express store. Always seems to be larger amounts that get tricky.....

	Declined large cashback amount I've brought a number of items previously from AliExpress without any issue with cashback. However I made a large purchase in January with over £200 in cashback, which was just declined with no reason 6 months later.

	They keep declining for no legitimate reason and don't allow claims!? AliExpress are always declining cashback for no legitimate reason. It is almost like it is company policy to decline half of the transactions. My biggest concern is that trying to appeal them I get "Unfortunately, this brand doesn’t allow us to make claims for missing cashback. However, feel free to get in touch to see if there’s anything we can do for you." Seriously, nowhere does it say this in the terms and surely they have to comply with Topcashback's rules, otherwise they should say Bye Bye to arrogant merchants like this!
