	Very slow in verification i find the cash rewards very slow in becoming payable - surely it can be approved quicker than 12 weeks!

	Usually tracks 100% of the time. Really impressed with AliExpress - most purchases track within minutes of completing the order - and payments are prompt.

	Tracks quickly and you do get paid AliExpress tracks very quickly, I did think it wouldn'g get confirmed as it stayed pending for 2 months, then on the 3rd month it confirmed and a week later it is now payable. I make a LOT of purchases through AE and will be making them all via TCB in the future now I know it pays out. You often get a good exclusive rate too, so always worth checking.

	Always appear to get "declined" but as it's usually only pennies. Always appear to get "declined" but as it's usually only pennies I can't be bothered to spend the time going through the process of trying to get it confirmed! And the price on AliExpress is usually very cheap anyway, but just beware.

	Problem with using TCB browser extension. Tracking has been quick of late - within the hour. But I found that AE doesn't like it when the TCB browser extension tries to auto-apply AE vouchers at checkout. For my last 2 orders , the AE discounts have been removed at the payment stage (while using the TCB extension) - meaning I ended up paying more. Disabling the extension resulted in the discounts being applied.

	Didn't honour cashback even though I clicked through and used a TCB code I clicked through to buy something from ali express, it didn't track, but got rejected even though I could prove I did as I used a top cashback code!

	Retailer that can't be trusted I ordered a new phone from this retailer for £137.98, I went through topcashback to their website and brought the phone and they have declined my cashback saying they have seen that topcashback was the reason I placed my order. I wouldn't have brought it from them without the promise of cashback. When I placed my order they were several retailers offering the same phone for a similar price but with lower cashback. Over the past few years I have spent quite a bit of money with this firm, but now they broken my trust and i will not trade with them again.

	Cashback declined This was declined due to " not seen as the last referrer for the purchase by the retailer and their chosen affiliate network", even though all cookies were cleared and it was purchased directly from clicking through from TCB. Previous purchases on previous months tracked ok so I'm presuming this was declined as it was a relatively high value cashback of £63.

	Suddenly declining all cashback for no reason I used to consistently receive cashback from AliExpress but since late April 2025. I've had multiple transactions tracked and declined over a period of a few weeks. There are many more pending which I am sure will be declined as well. I wonder if they're doing this due to their trade slowdown with the US due to the increased tariffs, so they're trying to offset those losses. Not impressed. Might look to take my business elsewhere in future.

	Don't bother in multiple fronts AliExpress cashback is often declined, so don't rely on it. Of greater concern is AliExpress don't stand over faulty items. They have refused to refund and on a few occasions , even after returning the goods at my own expense, they left me out of pocket for the item and international return postage. Thankfully PayPal are excellent and refunded.
