	Had to submit a claim because of tracking issues with this merchant, but all was fine after that, and paid soon after rental.

	The cashback didn't track and had to lodge a claim. Took three months to resolve but then showed as payable straight after that. No problems with the hire itself and will happily use again.

	The cashback tracked incorrectly but my claim was quickly resolved by Alamo and progressed to payable immediately after I picked up the car. Good service.

	the casback process was good. i have not given 5 stars only because i had to wait a little longer than i was expecting for the cashback to arrive in my account. but only by about a week. overall a good experience though.

	Car itself was very nice, had a wide selection to choose from (just walk up and open the door, keys are inside!!). Bit of hard sell at the airport to upgrade but honestly their budget line is very nice if you get a biggish one. Cashback has tracked for ages but unfortunately not paying out, TCB have said they've had payments for transactions AFTER my one so I'm still down after about 6/7 months.

	Although confirmed, its been 4 months and im still waiting for it to become payable! Wish they can speed things up, and tcb has to chase up faster too! However they do offer good rates, if it was ever going to be honoured eventually.. I hope!

	Have alwasy rated Alamo for their service but had a problem with a cashback claim not tracked since Jan 12. Still waiting for an outcome.

	As well as tcb I have used another cash back site with this retailer.On both occasions payment had to be chased up by both sites. I would never use this retailer again.

	didnt track at all, required enquiry and a bucketload of nudges to finally pay out a full year after ordering the car
