It is now more than 13 months since a combined home and contents insurance policy was taken out with this merchant and, having lodged a claim, am still waiting for the missing cashback with no explanation so far offered for non payment despite constant nudges and chases. This is very poor customer service from this merchant. Will not be using again.

I cant give less than 1 star apparently even though I would like to give none! I have issues with insurance cashback and this is just one instance: either not tracking or suddenly not paying at the level that enticed me to that chioice in the first place or taking many many months longer than it should! I took out the Age UK insurance on 2 December last year and even now its nowhere near the correct amount PROMISED!...

Purchased policy 6/10/14 - still not got correct cashback amount. Received £50 less than promised - will never use this company again. Top Cashback's response also very poor - sent several messages and numerous nudges but no progress has been made.

Bought combined home and contents insurance on 4th January with £89.25 cashback offered. 3 months later, it is still shown as pending, and only for £36.75 (the cashback for a single policy). It was only the high level of cashback that made the purchase competitive, and without it I would never have chosen this policy. From other reviews, I am clearly not the only person who has received this treatment. It is time that Topcashback examined the practices of Age UK more thoroughly.

I bought a combined buildings and contents policy with this company on 3rd January and today is the 2nd April and I am still awaiting my cashback, not impressed at having to wait this long, 12 weeks so far, this is my worst experience with any vendor so far and I would not use this company again. Also the amount showing pending is wrong it should show £80.80 and is showing £35.00. They are quick enough taking the Direct Debit every month, but not so quick at paying out what they promise!!!!

A very disappointing cashback experience!! I've been using Topcashback since 2011 and AgeUK is the worst experience to date. After promising £85 cashback for a combined Home & Contents policy they have waited 3 months before declining the claim - Not Happy :{

I obtained a quote from this company who make a point of stating they cater for the elderly. Quotes I obtained were over double the cost of the cheapest I managed to obtain. Worth double???

At Age UK, we value customer feedback and strive to provide the best customer service possible. Following recent reviews we identified two technical issues. Both these issues have now been resolved and we are grateful to those that have raised these concerns but are sorry for the inconvenience caused.   Customers who purchased a combined policy during August 2013 should now have received a top up of £35.00.   If customers took out a home insurance policy during November 2013 and received a notification that the cashback has been declined, this was a technical glitch and is not the case. The Cashback* is being verified by Age UK (*Within the terms of the programme) and will be paid in the near future.   Again, Age UK apologises for any inconvenience caused. If any customers have any concerns about their Cashback please contact Topcashback so the issue can be investigated further.
