Awful - has taken exactly 52 weeks for my cashback claim to show in my account (after clim and info and nudge, nudge and another nudge) and still isn't payable. When renewing my home insurance this was a large factor in me going elsewhere!

Purchased policy 28 May 2017 to commence 1 June 2017. Cashback still showing as confirmed, not paid out yet, over a year later. Did not renew policy for this year.

Age UK deserve no stars what's so ever.been waiting 16 months for my cashback and still no further forward. Do not buy home insurance from age UK for cashback as it fails to materialise

Crooks!!!! Avoid Age UK!!!! They didn't pay my £80 cashback. Bought a home insurance policy in May 2017. Complained to Top Cashback but was told that I wasn't going to receive my cashback. I didn't receive a proper explanation for this. Would NEVER recommend this merchant.

I review prices every year, including using CashBack sites. TipCashback are offering £84 for Age UK policies, so I thought, that's good, but. Age UK's quote is three to four time the rest, >£600 compared to average of £200. You'd be mad to use Age UK.

Took out home insurance 5th April 2017 and despite being confirmed for quite a while now still not payable. Approaching 6 months now. looking at other reviews I'm not alone in NOT recommending them for cashback!

It is now more than 13 months since a combined home and contents insurance policy was taken out with this merchant and, having lodged a claim, am still waiting for the missing cashback with no explanation so far offered for non payment despite constant nudges and chases. This is very poor customer service from this merchant. Will not be using again.

I took out a new combined Building and Contents policy with Age UK expecting the advertised cashback for such a combined policy of £60. However, the cashback actually credited was only £30, being the advertised cashback for a single building or contents policy. Lodged a missing cashback claim in March, three months after the insurance policy was taken out, and am still waiting for the 'merchant response' to that claim some 7 months later. Really not impressed that advertised cashback is not honoured and no response from merchant. Unlikely to be using Age UK Home Insurance again.

I cant give less than 1 star apparently even though I would like to give none! I have issues with insurance cashback and this is just one instance: either not tracking or suddenly not paying at the level that enticed me to that chioice in the first place or taking many many months longer than it should! I took out the Age UK insurance on 2 December last year and even now its nowhere near the correct amount PROMISED!...

Merchant was excellent, even corrected an error in my proposal foc. Cashback tracked but took forever to be credited, about 9 months, but I had already had the best quote so really had nothing to lose !
