Very slow reaction
I had given up hope of getting back the promised cashback, in spite of prodded reminders.
With great surprise the money turned up after waiting for almost 5 years. While this is very welcome, it did the company no good as I avoided them when I subsequently was looking for insurance quotes. I now may reconsider my stance.

Cashback didn't track and had to raise a ticket with customer service. They sorted it out but it took 7mths to reach payable status.

Terrible took nearly a year to get paid out. Age UK car insurance dont seem to payout. Top cashback not at fault here.

After waiting months with no cashback , topcashback tells us that that ageuk said " transaction cannot be traced" I don't get it when this happens , because you can look back on all your visits to each merchant, with date and time of visit , this along with the insurance policy details that match the date and time of visit to site and these companies are still allowed to go back on their commitment. should have been over £50 back too. Never use that company again because of this.
