Rubbish retailer, booker beware!!!!!!
I wouldn't recommend this retailer for getting your cash back or for customer service. I have just got the amount due from topcashback themselves NOT aferry despite having paid and used the ferry crossing back in July. We also experienced problems whilst on holiday with regards to the return ferry being cancelled which was cancelled due to bad weather, we didn't receive any information from them regarding the cancellation and would have just arrived at the ferry port with no chance of a return ferry for the next few days. By luck, the people we were travelling with had notification from the Brittany ferries, (Who they had booked with), and they managed to get our ferry changed for us as we couldn't get any response from aferry. All in all, you may save a couple of pounds on your booking with them, but the chance of getting the money is very remote, and the lack of customer support is just not worth it. We have highlighted these problems to aferry in a review, their response was just to lie about their actions!!!
