I have made 2 purchases recently from the BT shop,
The first was a BT branded item for which it has tracked with the full 10% (cost inc Vat)
The second was a laptop but it has tracked as 2% on the excluding VAT price
Must now wait to see what will be paid.

Very fast tracking, though relatively small percentage cashback. However, their prices are quite keen - I have used them a lot in the past and the cashback is a bonus, always welcome.

Website very easy to use. There was a problem in that the website said stock was available but I was contacted a few days later to say the product was on back order. I requested a full refund and this was processed within 24 hours. Despite the stock availability issue, I would definitely use this retailer again given the very good service in processing the refund

Used & day shop guide to find right type (easy to use)
Received 7Jan 2009, very good considering the Bank Holiday and its shipped from Guernsey.
Installed the RAM 9 Jan.Easy to install and PC much better now.Wish I'd done it months ago.
