1st audiovisula failed to pay me any cashback! I was owed £16.25 following the purchase of a tumble drier. Despite repeat approaches from TopCashback and a support ticket that remained open for over a year, 1st audiovisual failed to pay me a penny. NO CASHBACK PAID. I see from other customer reviews that I am not alone. Buyer beware.

I ordered a new tv in November 2010 and am still waiting for the cashback 8 month later. I have sent countless "nudges" to topcashback, never heard anything back apart from the initial reply. I wonder if I will still receive the money. Good TV and good delivery BUT I have seen many comments on various sites and they do not seem to be prepared to honour their cashback commitment.

1stAudioVisual did not complete a fully tracked and validated cashback transaction of over £50.00. The Topcashback team were excellent in attempting to resolve the matter but responded that the supplier was "Unresponsive". 1stAudioVisual are still claiming to provide cashback on the Topcashback site. I hope others will have a better experience than I did. Product was good and the price was also decent, but the lack of honesty in providing the promised cashback means that I no longer trust them and so will sadly not be dealing with them again.

We ordered a new TV 20th October 2011 and are still waiting for the cashback 6 month later. I had to do a manual claim and have send countless "nudges" to TopCashBack, never heard anything back apart from the initial reply. I doubt that i will still receive the money and if it wasn't for the fact that they did sell the TV for the best price i could find, i would be really angry now. I have seen many comments on various sites and they do not seem to be reliable, guess we were lucky that the TV was perfect!

This company has taken my money, failed to deliver, and now claims to be in liquidation. This is a lie, and pending winding up the business they are simply avoiding dealing with the customers they have ripped off. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY

Still waiting for cashback as the purchase was not tracked and had to submit manually. I wouldn't count on the Cashback from this retailer, obviously this is only my personal experience.

They advised they wouldn't have stock for a month. I cancelled my order and then they still took payment from my account and were not easily contactable to arrange and confirm a refund. Be careful to check stock before you give them payment details. Not a recommended experience
