On the whole very good, especially the cashback amount which is 50% of the first airtime purchase and 1p Mobile adds an additional 50% of airtime free of charge as well, so all-in-all a most satisfactory service from both TCB and 1p Mobile.

1p Mobile is fantastic, I highly recommend it to anyone, if you are a low user its brilliant, you know where you are with the 1p text and 1p per minute calls, 1p per MB of data, just top up £10 every 4 months, but you never lose your credit after the 4 months, your new top up adds to it.

Tracked and payable within a month, but only got half
I bought a £30 SIM expecting £9.52 cashback, but it only tracked at £4.76 and has gone all the way to payable without uplifting. Tried raising a ticket a month ago, but no response yet. Would have used a £5 discount code if I’d have known, but not a big loss.

They don't pay
Do not use as they will not pay the cashback. They issue an 8 digit order number when you make your purchase but then insist that you provide a 21+ digit order number when you make a cashback claim!

Completed 4 separate transactions for this company.
Completed 4 separate transactions for this company. Only 1 of them tracked. I raised this with Topcashback and after numerous messages telling them that I didn't receive an order number on the original email, I've lost out on 3 cash-back amounts.
