	Unbelievably slow, didn't track and they corrected that but payment still not made. Nearly a year passed now since transaction.

	Takes forever to become confirmed Holiday booked and paid for in September 22, the holiday was in October 22, we are now in April 23 and the payment has just been 'confirmed' and I'm not sure at what point it may become payable... Not great.

	Booked a pre-paid room over a year ago and cashback has still not been paid. The hotel experience was very good but unfortunately this has put a negative on the experience of staying with Zafiro. In fact, it would make me think twice about booking with Zafiro as it was a significant cashback amount.

	Given 2nd review as the previous 3 stars was too generous. Well over a year now and no communication other then to confirm that it was a valid claim last December. So 8 months to validate claim that did not track and now as it stands 7 more months and no further action. Shame as the holiday was good, but this has put a dampner on it and I certainly won't be looking to book again until resolved.
