sent us out a faulty bed 3 times, took a month plus to get everything sorted, never did anything they said, had to continuously chase them. finally got a refund

Made about 5 purchases with this merchant. Used Topcashback codes on occassion. All sales were tracked. After a few weeks all cashback was declined in every instance. Gave them the benefit of doubt a few times but not again. My cashback experience has put me off the company in general. Poor ethics!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sell appalling products that are not fit for purpose and their customer service is even worse. I bought the Las Vegas bedroom furniture set. They missed their deliver day, delivered 2 chest of drawers instead of 1 chest of drawers and 1 bedside locker and worst of all it is such bad quality. After 6 months of not a lot of use the chest of drawers have completely fallen apart. All this company can offer me is a replacement with no guarantee it will be better quality (I know it won't be any better). When asked what they will do when it falls apart again they said they would replace it again and again and again, absolute rubbish, certainly not worth the asking price (almost £500) and not fit for purpose. I cannot describe how stressed and frustrated this company has made me, they almost imply it's my fault that they can't do any more to help me even though the whole problem lines in the fact they are selling a terrible quality product. Their complaints managers should be sent on a customer service training course. Stay well clear of this company.

Ordered 2 products and despite none product showing in stock it was out of stock, no contact from Worldstores even though i chose next day delivery. I asked for a refund on the out of stock item and have just noticed they have have declined cash back on the whole of the order.

Please do not touch this company. Ordered some garden furniture which was not delivered on the day specified. Numerous emails sent with no reply and a week later after leaving a review on another site they eventually told me that the goods were not in stock. Why did they take my money then? I took a day off work why didn't they inform me? Looking through other reviews from Trust Pilot it seems to be a common theme. Please look up all there reviews and use the knowledge wisely. PROCEED WITH CAUTION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MUCKED AROUND. RUBBISH COMPANY

This company have very bad services. They delivery my product late and also a item was missing, not only that is the item arrive was the wrong item. When I called the customer services (we even talk to them step by step what the images is on their website) they say they sent the correct items but the images shows what I select is different to what I got. After a day trying to talk to sense to them they eventually say it they mistake. The missing item was also late, waiting at home, no one come and call. As a customer I have to call them and they say it will not come on the day it should be. Finally they cancel my cash back. Now I am Lodge missing cash back and no news. This is about 4 months now. I will not recommend them in any way.

Do not expect cashback from WorldStores. All the other negative comments I have read are true. Damaged goods received & cashback just declined despite no returns. And the customer service is terrible. Costs a fortune to call as on hold for over 30 mins with no phones answered. All in all, don't bother.

World stores (Mattress World), are a rip off. Used these to buy a mattress earlier this year as with the cashback they were cheaper than anyone else. Just before delivery I was emailed to say order had been cancelled. When I called to find out why they said it was a mistake and reinstated the order. The mattress was delivered on the day requested without a problem, but then the cashback (nearly £30) went to zero. After 5 months of chasing they have used the excuse that 'another channel was used as the last reference point before sale'. In other words, by cancelling and reinstating the order they get out of paying cashback. Will not use these con artists again!

All I can say is STAY AWAY from any of the World Stores websites..!! Not only have they not paid the commission due via TopCashBack, but they sent me a chest of drawers with two big pallet-truck holes in the back, which they had covered with packaging...!! Their subsequent 'Customer Service' was amongst the worst I have ever come across and I came very close to starting legal recovery proceedings against them.... They would not respond to e-mails, or phone when they said they would, and kept failing to turn up with the replacement or to collect the damaged item. They eventually collected this with 1 hour to spare, but they have still not confirmed or resolved the credit/payment. You have been warned, but good luck if you do use them.

I brought 2 mattresses arived late,wet and with wholes, had my order re-delivered, and now been trying to chase up my cash back but they wont pay out as they messed up, even though i still got my order i miss out wouldnt buy from again.

Brought a bed from this website about a month ago. Bed came broken So we arranged a collection. They did not come until 2 weeks later to collect the bed which was a right pain. Once the bed was collected we thought we would get refunded. A day later they emailed us saying they DID NOT HAVE the bed and that the collection did not take place!!! Terrible experience and an awful customer service AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

After months of waiting for my cashback and several nudges i was told by top cashback that the outcome of my transaction was "another marketing channel was credited with the sale" What a load of rubbish, a bad feeble excuse from world stores....AVOID THEY DONT WANT TO PAY

Worldstores is a company that offers really nice furniture and has a good offer on casback. Unfortunately if you need to deal with their customer services, you are in for a bad experience because the customer assistants have no communication skills and you'll end up spending money calling the customer service centre trying [in vain] to rectify things. My suggestion is - if ANYTHING goes wrong with the order just ask for money back. My problem started when the delivery day chosen by me had to be moved. I got an email from Worldstores and had to email them back that the day they were suggesting was not good for me. I got a call from customer services asking what day would be good and we made an agreement. THE SOFA ARRIVED ON THE DAY PREEMPTED BY WORLDSTORES AND NOT NOT THE ONE AGREED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR. On the day when I was actually waiting for the sofa to be delivered, I got a call from Worldstores that I was not there when they attempted a delivery.... Sufficient to say that it was not the only time when one spoke to a customer assistant and then it turned out that he or she could not take the simplest of messages. By the way the delivery men were complete idiots - they started the delivery from the smallest items which turned out to be a complete disaster as they damaged my door. Had they started with the largest item they would have realised there was no point in trying to get the sofa into my flat.

AFter several emails telling me my orders were to be delivered tomorrow, I had a phone call tonight saying it would be another few days instead. I, like most employed people, cannot afford another day off to wait for a delivery. Very angry at poor customer service and cancelled my order

I bought from this store as with the cash back offer it made the produce slightly cheaper than other websites but still no cash back. I will be using the cheaper companies in future.
