Read the reviews about issues with products and cashback not tracking after I placed my order, however I didnt have an issue with my order. I bought a leather bed from them and after a few days of sweating about what to expect. it arrived with no issues. On top of that the cashback tracked with no issues, and has now become payable. Very pleased and thought I'd share my experience.

Found a good offer on a dining set I couldn't find anywhere else. Very fast delivery, great service and rate of cashback. Took quite a while for cb to become payable but no prompting required.

Bought a mattress a couple of months ago, Worldstores cocked up the order. The customer service rep cancelled it by mistake then re-ordered it. I had to call a couple of times to make sure the mattress would actually turn up. Then they refused cashback because the original order had been cancelled by them by mistake.

I had to ask Topcashback to submit my cashback twice but thankfully in the end I did get it. However, on previous purchases Worldstores have rejected claims even though they've been given the purchase/order number along with full contact/delivery details

Seems as though the cashback amount is paid on 20% less than purchase price (minus VAT) which I think is acceptable but it would be nice to know that information.

Purchased a shed through Worldstores. Was pleased they offered delivery on a Saturday as a date option. Very pleased with the text telling me a four hour slot. They rang before delivering and arrived at the time stated. The shed is good value for the money. Cheap and cheerful. The only fly in the ointment was when they declined the £6 cashback after a few weeks. Not sure why but probably because it was a sale item and already cheap.

Goods and delivery were fine, we ordered under bed drawers and these were the only ones we could find that suited our needs. Quality was good though we had to replace the casters. Cashback reverted to £0.00 and eventually we received the "another marketing channel was credited with the sale" response which seems a little too common for this company judging by other comments. I am always very careful to ensure that I click via TCB as my last port of call even when I have been researching elsewhere so this was a little annoying.

This is disappointing because this is the second time this has happened to me (a different merchant the first time) and this one with WorldStores has actually cost me money. If I had ordered directly from the merchant (whose product, service and delivery were excellent, I have to say), my order would have cost me a few pounds less, but going through TCB the cashback would have taken it below that amount. TCB suggested that it might be an issue with cookies, but I use TCB regularly and apart from these two occasions I have not had any problems getting my cashback. Could some merchants be using the "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" message as a ploy to avoid paying?

Service was very fast but when I opened the packaging (which was intact with no damage) the first piece of the furniture was badly damaged i.e large chunk chipped off the corner - not a good start and very disappointing!! Although the rest of the pieces were not damaged the quality was not brilliant. On contacting the company to report the damaged piece I was told I would have to photograph it and send the picture via email, to which I objected and refused to do - did they think I was lying or worse still, not trust my judgement!! I was told I would have to wait a minimum of two weeks for a replacement piece until I pointed out this was unacceptable, after all they already had my money!! They then agreed to send a replacement part which arrived two days later - I might add I had no advance warning of delivery, they rang to inform me on the day of delivery meaning I had to put other arrangements on hold until delivery at 4.45pm that day. Although the quality of goods was disappointing and shoddy I kept the item as it was half price and only needed in a spare room, therefore not on display for all to see. I will think twice before ordering a flat pack again if this is the standard of quality I can expect to receive in the future.

Found a good deal on some doors I needed and, having had a good run with cashback tracking recently, didn't think twice about buying. But it hasn't tracked... 5 days later. And I see that there are no reviews at all since 2013. Its on 2-3 week lead-time, so benefit of the doubt I suppose but not holding my breath. Hope I don't end up waiting a year or more for this to get sorted like some others that shall remain nameless!

Ordered sofa and bed on separate occasions. Both times delivery has been very late after specified delivery date. Very unreliable.
