Fast efficient service, had a little problem with communication when I was told I couldn't change the delivery address ( I ordered the beds on my phone, didn't give me an option to put in an alternate delivery address) a lady in customer services told me I would have to cancel my order and reorder but when I phoned back I got a really helpful man who changed my delivery address so problem solved.

Seems as though the cashback amount is paid on 20% less than purchase price (minus VAT) which I think is acceptable but it would be nice to know that information.
