Avoid!!!!! Purchased doors to the value of £230 expecting £26 cashback. Lodged a missing claim and topcashback were unable to retrieve it due to world stores saying we did not go through the correct pages....which we did!!!!!!!! We clicked on cashback, it opened your page, we made the purchase. LIARS. doors will be getting returned...well done just lost yourself a sale!!!!

Found a good deal on some doors I needed and, having had a good run with cashback tracking recently, didn't think twice about buying. But it hasn't tracked... 5 days later. And I see that there are no reviews at all since 2013. Its on 2-3 week lead-time, so benefit of the doubt I suppose but not holding my breath. Hope I don't end up waiting a year or more for this to get sorted like some others that shall remain nameless!

Purchased a shed through Worldstores. Was pleased they offered delivery on a Saturday as a date option. Very pleased with the text telling me a four hour slot. They rang before delivering and arrived at the time stated. The shed is good value for the money. Cheap and cheerful. The only fly in the ointment was when they declined the £6 cashback after a few weeks. Not sure why but probably because it was a sale item and already cheap.

Ordered sofa and bed on separate occasions. Both times delivery has been very late after specified delivery date. Very unreliable.

Liar company,no next day delivery,their products are not high standard but more like a £ shop stuff but very pricey.i would not recomend to anybody,stay away.if there is 0 star i would give that .

Don’t believe this site. world stores are scamming us. I wanted to buy a mattress, searched for it, then wanted to buy it via topcashback, however when you go to buy it via topcashback the price increase by a minimum of the percentage of cashback. Their customer service skills are terrible; I sent 3 emails and got a reply back on none! There delivery charges are unacceptable and too much. I found the same items I wanted from a different site. Not only was the same item cheaper, delivery was completely free! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

What an absolute joke this so called "company" is...........if there was an award for the worst customer service and the worst quality products it would go to WORLDSTORES. So it started with us wanting to buy our little boy a new bed for his third birthday, he loves pirates and ships as most boys do so we got onto Google and found a pirate ship bed from NEXT which we intended to buy just before the day and have it delivered in time for me to build. My wife in the mean time found a similar bed online from.........you guessed it WORLDSTORES. We placed our order along with the mattress for the bed and I took the time off work to build the bed the day of his birthday so when he came home it would be all ready for him, I was so excited to see the expression on his little face, however I never got to see that!!!!!! The bed turned up on the day it was supposed to but to our amazement no mattress?!? My wife spent a few hours trying to contact them by phone at PREMIUM rates whilst also trying to work but however had no joy. We sent them numerous emails but again had no response over the course of a few days. They eventually made contact with my wife and confirmed that the mattress was out of stock and they would be sending it out as soon as they had it in stock but couldn't say for definite when this would be. To cut a long story short we eventually got the mattress delivered about two weeks later, by this time our sons birthday had been and gone, I had lost a days wages as I am self employed and spent an absolute fortune on the phone trying to contact these useless excuses of people (I so badly want to say a lot worse). When I got round to building the bed after taking yet another half day off work and losing more money I noticed it was damaged in a lot of places and very VERY poor quality. We took photos and emailed them AGAIN only to hear nothing AGAIN, we emailed some more only to hear nothing again. We threatened to seek legal advice in our last email which prompt

Towards the end of October 2013 we purchased a double futon bed from WorldStores via Topcashback expecting our order to track based on their "online purchase" cashback percentage figure. It's not close to the end of November and still nothing from WorldStores, so I've logged this with the TCB Customer Care team. Quality product, but terrible customer service. On top of that we waited in on the day of delivery just to receive an email at 3.30pm saying nothing would be delivered that day and "hopefully" our order "should" arrive the following day. Tried to call WorldStores (on their premium rate number!), but one number I tried just rang and rang and then cut off. Another number I tried had a 45 minute waiting time before an adviser would become available. Not impressed at all........

Goods and delivery were fine, we ordered under bed drawers and these were the only ones we could find that suited our needs. Quality was good though we had to replace the casters. Cashback reverted to £0.00 and eventually we received the "another marketing channel was credited with the sale" response which seems a little too common for this company judging by other comments. I am always very careful to ensure that I click via TCB as my last port of call even when I have been researching elsewhere so this was a little annoying.

Made about 5 purchases with this merchant. Used Topcashback codes on occassion. All sales were tracked. After a few weeks all cashback was declined in every instance. Gave them the benefit of doubt a few times but not again. My cashback experience has put me off the company in general. Poor ethics!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They sell appalling products that are not fit for purpose and their customer service is even worse. I bought the Las Vegas bedroom furniture set. They missed their deliver day, delivered 2 chest of drawers instead of 1 chest of drawers and 1 bedside locker and worst of all it is such bad quality. After 6 months of not a lot of use the chest of drawers have completely fallen apart. All this company can offer me is a replacement with no guarantee it will be better quality (I know it won't be any better). When asked what they will do when it falls apart again they said they would replace it again and again and again, absolute rubbish, certainly not worth the asking price (almost £500) and not fit for purpose. I cannot describe how stressed and frustrated this company has made me, they almost imply it's my fault that they can't do any more to help me even though the whole problem lines in the fact they are selling a terrible quality product. Their complaints managers should be sent on a customer service training course. Stay well clear of this company.

Ordered 2 products and despite none product showing in stock it was out of stock, no contact from Worldstores even though i chose next day delivery. I asked for a refund on the out of stock item and have just noticed they have have declined cash back on the whole of the order.

This was the first time I shopped with Worldstores and will not be using again, three weeks since my order was placed, four emails and an hour on hold to customer services (still didn't get through) and I have no idea where my order is and if it will ever turn up AVOID!!!!

Please do not touch this company. Ordered some garden furniture which was not delivered on the day specified. Numerous emails sent with no reply and a week later after leaving a review on another site they eventually told me that the goods were not in stock. Why did they take my money then? I took a day off work why didn't they inform me? Looking through other reviews from Trust Pilot it seems to be a common theme. Please look up all there reviews and use the knowledge wisely. PROCEED WITH CAUTION UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE MUCKED AROUND. RUBBISH COMPANY

Read the reviews about issues with products and cashback not tracking after I placed my order, however I didnt have an issue with my order. I bought a leather bed from them and after a few days of sweating about what to expect. it arrived with no issues. On top of that the cashback tracked with no issues, and has now become payable. Very pleased and thought I'd share my experience.

This company have very bad services. They delivery my product late and also a item was missing, not only that is the item arrive was the wrong item. When I called the customer services (we even talk to them step by step what the images is on their website) they say they sent the correct items but the images shows what I select is different to what I got. After a day trying to talk to sense to them they eventually say it they mistake. The missing item was also late, waiting at home, no one come and call. As a customer I have to call them and they say it will not come on the day it should be. Finally they cancel my cash back. Now I am Lodge missing cash back and no news. This is about 4 months now. I will not recommend them in any way.

Do not expect cashback from WorldStores. All the other negative comments I have read are true. Damaged goods received & cashback just declined despite no returns. And the customer service is terrible. Costs a fortune to call as on hold for over 30 mins with no phones answered. All in all, don't bother.
