First cashback with them tracked and paid on time, however subsequent transactions have stuck at pending and not paid.

Mislead? I feel mislead as the cashback is only paid on the ex-vat amount. Why not just be honest about the percentage, rather than hiding behind the small print and creating ill will with customers?
