Website didn't make it clear when my product was due to be delivered as they have different options dependent on whose is supplying the product. The courriers where extremely helpful however.

Cashback showing straightaway, goods not yet delivered as I write this but letter received to say they will ring me regarding delivery - thought a few weeks to deliver a garage door was a bit much really

I was due about £20 cashback from this reatailer and it went to declined straight away for no reason. Its been weeks now and still says declined, no feedback from the enquiry I submitted.
Very poor.
