took my order for home delivery, took my payment & then emailed to say they didnt deliver to my postcode. I am NOT on their postcode exclusion list so i rang them, customer services were rude and unhelpful. Said i am too far away from store. I am in mainland scotland and just over an hour from their glasgow store!! Called B & Q who were lovely and so ordered on line from them. they delivered all my items. Wickes i am renovating my cottage, you lost out on all my custom. Have checked since and my postcode is still not on their exclusion list! Would not recommend.
