Refused completely legitimate cashback claim. Took months of chasing up to reach a negative conclusion. Will not be using this retailer ever again. Avoid at all costs.

Item was received very quick but cashback was not tracked. Filed a missing claim but their response was that they were not the last referrer to the transaction which I believe is not the case.
I only purchased item because of the cashback. Very disappointed but not much I can do.

The cashback is calculated on the ex-VAT prices. Still it is cheaper and the 5% discount works.
