I thought the watch I ordered was white but the watch I received was cream, sent the watch back 3 weeks ago now. The company has acknowledged that the watch has been received but as yet no replacement has been sent back.
No reply to 3 emails??

I like my watch but the cashback is poor. Transaction did not track, and after making a claim I have been told that the last refereal link was not from TopCashback. I went through the usual process and purchase but have lost out on my cashback.

Should be zero stars! Selected option to Purchase with a Voucher Code expecting 2.1% cashback. Cashback did not track and claim was refused with the made up excuse that they could not verify I was referred by Top Cashback. They need not worry about tracking my referrals in future as I wont be near there site! Sniders!

Ordered before Christmas. Watch arrived promptly. Originally did not appear to track the order. Contacted TCB - they said they'd chase it up. A few weeks later it appeared in my list for cashback. Now been confirmed for weeks. Alleged payable date is 31st Jan. Now in April with no movement. Disappointing to say the least. Also found other sites offering slightly better prices on the watch I bought... without the cashback...but will be shopping there instead.

Really good product. Let down by being coned out of cashback. Like many others cashback has been refused and there is no ligitmate reason for this, its just the merchant doesn't want to pay. If you want cashback Avoid!
