	avoid false advertising refused to pay out £400 I booked a holiday through a recommendation, booked everything through this company, went on holiday and cashback was pending. Until it suddenly changed and when i contacted them they refused to pay out. even though I did everything that i needed to and it was £400 payout. avoid at all cost as i couldve used a different company and got a payout.

	Awful Used multiple times and it tracks but requires consistent chasing and even then unlikely to get full amount. On the latest trip, we've been back since August 22 and can't get an answer to why it is still sat as confirmed but not payable 8 months after the holiday.

	Returned in September 2022-still pending Tracked easily but hasn’t paid out. TopCashback just advising me to keep waiting but I have been home from this holiday for over 6 months so I can’t recommend. Have never had this issue before with any other retailer.

	Very disappointed, cashback tracked way lower (more than 40 lower) than it should have done. Filed a claim months ago but nothing has changed :(

	Booked a holiday here last May. Cashback didn't track so put a claim in. In August they responded saying they had no record of the transaction even though I know full well I clicked through top cashback. Submitted further evidence as requested and had no response for 9 months.. Absolute joke.

	Total rubbish, rejected my claim as they said they could not verify that I used TCB. Not impressed.

	Cashback did not track and Disney claimed another marketing channel was used which is untrue. Strongly recommend that this retailer is not used via topcashback and that another cashback site (or another cashback provider or discount codes) are used where-ever possible. Also, topcashback are not in a position to pursue claim with the retailer even though they have a clear record of the click to the retailer a few seconds before placing order. Very very disappointing all round :-(

	Have been waiting months with no resolution from neither top cashback or Walt Disney World. Top Cashback only answer with standard pre written answers without actually moving forward and dealing with the issue. I'm starting to think I'll never see my money. It's a shame as it was a couple hundred pounds- or maybe that's why I'm not getting it?

	Very Disappointed! Having ordered though TopCashback (who I do not have a problem with) and then chasing for 3 months, DISNEY refused to approve the cash back around £65.00 saying there was another cash back approved! but I did not get any cash back from anybody, Would not trust Disney again! I have booked a holiday with Expedia and got the cash back no problem, so look at them, I wish I had book theis Disney holiday though them.

	Took a while and a nudge from Top Cash Back to get it tracked, still waiting for payment from January. But it does seem the norm for payments to take approx 3 months to come through. So still hopeful.
