My husband & I have both bought tiles via top cashback and neither of us have hd any cash back-doesn't even track-bit poinltless them even being on here.

I have placed two orders in one week with this merchant and the first lot tracked within hours and went to confirmed within a couple of days. I am still waiting for the second order to track after nearly a week. Having said that, I am really pleased with both orders and the speed of delivery (2 days in both cases to a remote area). Also got free delivery using the voucher code.

Got the cashback eventually. When I originally made the purchase the cashback was declined. When I raised this I was told that I probably didn't follow the correct procedure. Strangely the cashback has appeared a while later

Tiles were delivered ok although there were several broken/chipped tiles in the first delivery. They were replaced but time was against us then. Refused cashback so far therefore a claim has been submitted. Why don't TCB just remove this Merchant as there are several similar reviews? Company seems fine, but don't rely on getting cashback.

Tiles look fine, problem is with the delivery. I ordered and paid extra for a morning delivery on a Wednesday. Took morning off work, waited, waited, waited. Midday arrived but they didn't! Called company and they PROMISED me it would arrive the following Wednesday, so I arranged another day off. Waited, waited & waited...... Didn't show up, so I went to work. At about 3pm the delivery driver called saying he was at my house. I said I wasn't there as it was supposed to be before midday... I called again and they PROMISED AGAIN that they would deliver AM the following Wednesday, so I arranged another day off. Wednesday came and I waited, and waited, and waited. Midday came and the tiles still hadn't arrived. I called the 'helpline' who promised to find out what was happening and call me back. 36 hours later they still haven't called...... I gave up and went to work. At 2pm I had a call from delivery driver saying he was at my house. I luckily arranged to take even MORE time off and went to let them in. Really has to be the worst delivery experience I have ever had, and their PROMISES are worthless.

Ordered our tiles on 27th October and still nothing registered from the seller. Have opened a claim via TC so having to wait - spent over £500 so not letting it go! Visited the shop in Kettering and the staff were brilliant so hoping this is just a glitch - paid for a saturday delivery and the delivery guy was great too - offered him a tip for unloading the pallet himself and he kindly refused!

Cashback has tracked quickly. Walls and Floors have sent me the wrong tiles. I rang to tell them and they asked for photos to prove that I had received the wrong tiles. The woman's attitude was quite rude. The delivery guy also broke the drain cover on my driveway. I sent the photos immediately and followed-up with a phone call. The woman, again rude, said she hadn't been able to look at the email yet. My tiler arrives in two days. If Walls and Floors do not send the correct tiles by then I'll have to bill them for my tiler's wasted time.

Worst customer service We ordered the tile on Sunday evening with a delivery date for Tuesday. As the builder suggested us to get some extra tiles just in case, we contact them first thing Monday morning (9am) to increase the amount for our order. With so much time before the delivery, Walls and Floors can not amend the amount or cancel our order.The online chat customer service was also slow in responding and shows no intend to help me resolve my problem. They are merely replying in a systematic way with the same reply. We are left with no choice but to pay £20 pounds delivery charge for tiles that's half of the delivery price.

They had declined my claim before I even received my tiles!! I did not use a free sample code i had from the sample I purchased previously to ensure I got cashback!! Not Good!!!

I am not happy with Walls and Floors. Everytime i have purchased through Topcashback my claim has been declined. There is no mention of no cashback due to discounts being offered yet the claims are declined. On the first occasion they approved my claim for missing cashback but it is frustrating and now i have had to lodge a second claim! Disappointing Walls and Floors. I only ordered through you because of it!

cashback always declined if you use their offer they advertise ontheir own site as they say it is not one they publish on TCB. They then deliver incorrect tiles or broken tiles. I had to wait three times for incorrect tiles to be colelcted and twice to get the correct tiles delivered. Will not pay compensation either. Their only saving grace is their price is cheaper than i found anywhere else.

Two orders, both tracked OK and declined - very disappointing. Not had any issues with the tiles so far (as others have said they are delivered quickly and are good quality) but I don't understand the issue with non-paying cashback..
