Not great, ordered through their website through TCB and they said we didn't so didn't get money. Not our fault if it was link to not going through there on a previous occasion. Disputed and they still wouldn't pay.

Cashback never tracks when you use sale codes from their site. When missing claim submitted will always return with 'not the last referral agent' even though times of click through and order match precisely. Poor show - if they cant stand by the cashback offered they shouldn't be on the site. Wont be using again.

Refused to pay, lodged claim and Topcashback said they didn't tract it correctly, so I miss out due to a system failure, will not use again.

They claimed that we hadn't come via the top cashback website to get to their website. This is untrue as wwe went via Top Cashback and the website told us that our click had been registered. They seem to avoid paying out at all costs. Won't be using them again as the cashback was one of the reasons we went with them as it made them cheaper than other retailers. Avoid.

Spent nearly £200 with them, cashback tracked straight away at £9 as expected, couple of weeks later after used all the tiles cashback was reversed for no reason. Tiles were OK but don't use them for cashback as they will rip you off!!!
