No issues whatsoever with this all round. Waited just over 3 months for the cashback, but I got more than I first expected to get and I can't complain as Voda is the best network in the UK. Spot on!

Had to ensure that a claim was made within 30 days if it didn't track. I had to do this and the instructions didn't make this very clear. However, when I lodged a ticket, it eventually tracked and became payable.

Effective service. If promotion not properly logged by the Vodafone UK website it can take a while to get cashback, exactly 5 months in my case, to process a claim end-to-end but it was eventually payed with problems.
