	do they pay? I like the variety of hotels on the website and I feel this could be a good alternative to the large current market leaders. Yet Vio's cashback dos not seem to be efficent as its competitors. 20 weeks after staying, my cashback is still "confirmed"..

	Confirmed but still waiting I have a confirmed amount of £69 from a stay in Dec 25. Still waiting for it to reach payable even though it stated 12 weeks after stay. Would not use them again.

	Avoid they don't pay! I used the topcashback link, my earnings weren't listed. I raised a topcashback claim & 3 months later they decided that although I used the correct link, they're not paying out

	They don’t pay I use the web browser extension so everything always tracks. Vio refused to pay in 2 bookings saying TCB could not be linked to the last step of purchase. Dishonest company. Do not use Vio

	Update.... Although I waited an incredibly long time for my outstanding cashback, I did eventually receive it all. Vio.com has some excellent hotel deals, and when you top that off with cashback, it’s a no-brainer. I’ve booked more stays using cashback and just hope I won’t have to wait as long next time for it to move from confirmed to payable.

	Terrible I’m waiting for +£500 of cashback for stays going back to May and I’ve received nothing. Incredibly frustrating.
