	Must have missed the part about only getting cash back on part of the order value rather than the full order value. Having said that, the payout was quick and hassle free. Shame I didn't get as much as I thought though.

	Decided to use merchant in part because they were on topcashback. Purchased items but cash back declined. No reason given. I guess its back to Wickes.

	Terrible Bought a bathroom in June 2023. The cash back is showing as confirmed but still not payable in April 2024.

	Cashback declined for no reason I bought a new shower from here and the cashback was "declined by the retailer" within a week or two. I have opened a support ticket as I believe that there is no reason why this should have happened ... not holding my breath based on other reviews. Perhaps TopCashback should default to showing the newest reviews first, rather than the highest ratings.

	Did not payout Cashback tracked, delivery made then cashback declined. Disputed and retailer said purchase not made through link. TCB could confirm link used. Very disappointing experience.

	always declines and hard to get cashback had several disputes un resolved awful cashback experiences both for VC knocking back claims taking months , also poor service from TC being unable to claim

	Declined cashback the cashback made this slightly cheaper than alternatives so I went with it. No cashback, so more expensive. No incentive to use in the future.

	Three large purchases from Victoria Plum in the last couple of months, two declined, one pending. Given this and other reviews, I am expecting the third one to be rejected as well. I mentioned this to VP when on another call, and they said they do not deal with the Cashback, and that it is Topcashback's responsibility. False advertising by Victoria Plum and should be removed.
