First class service. Item was ordered mid day and received the following day. I did contact the supplier after placing the order to try to amend the order, although it was too late to do this their response was very quick. Excellent customer service. The product hasn't been used yet as it is a gift but was purchased as a novelty and is what was expected.

Little problem, everytime I go to the site the same message always is there it is there is a tracking problem, this has been the same message from the beginning of my shopping with twinnings, I have missed out on a lot of cash back.
