Never receive the cashback
I buy from this retailer a lot, and when I realized they were on TopCashback, I obviously chose to carry out my transactions via this app/site. The cash back is always declined. My previous transactions are currently in dispute. The website usually always applies free shipping to any UK order over £15. This is not a “discount”, this is a standard incentive for people to spend more than £15 at any one time. Therefore, their argument that people are using discount codes with regards to shipping, is absolutely absurd in my opinion. Why are they even on here then? Are they getting something from the app, even though we’re not?

Might as well be removed from the site!
Not sure why this retailer offers 'cashback' when they ALWAYS decline. I always go through Top Cash Back for my transactions however, after 4/5 years I have not once received cash back from Totally Wicked. The Company is so quick to decline - I once filed a claim, which they took months to respond to, claiming I had used an 'unauthorised discount code' - which is confusing to me as half of time the website automatically applies discounts/discount codes that cannot be removed. I don't know about Totally Wicked, more like Totally Scammed out of cash back.

Totally dissatisfied
Cashback is declined because they said i belong to a loyalty club..only thing i have used is a discount code for free delivery. Looking back as other reviews see I am not the only one and in this present climate will use another vape shop so they have now lost a regular customer!

I order a heck of a lot of these guys, I'm not dissatisfied with the service but it doesn't do their rep any favours by always declining cashback. I get automatic discounts from them which in all honesty anyone can easily get so why offer cashback then decline it, why not just reduce cashback for members of 1%. Looking down the list I see I have never received a single cashback pay-out from them which makes me wonder where their rather large pay-out stats are originating.

Always declined. A couple of orders I had used a discount code, but on orders were none were used it was still declined. Not sure why they moved to Top Cash Back if they aren't going to pay out.

Tracked but declined, likely because I used one of their own discount codes I imagine. Would have been nice to be told so I don't need to bother with cashback from them in future. They always have a minimum 15% off on their Twitter site.
