I never receive cashback despite following the correct procedure. Customer Service Team has intervened once and c/b was received eventually but it doesn’t track automatically for me.

Very difficult to get toolstation to pay any cashback. They take WAY longer than they estimate, and you are forever having to chase them up. DO yourself a favour and use another merchant. Toolstation are notoriously slow
