	No cashback Loads of exclusions read the small print. Even if you follow the rules no cashback will be applied. So far I still have several open cases over 8 months old. TopCashback as usual with big purchase cashbacks makes excuses. Pointless

	Exclusions Too many of their products are excluded and a number of my transactions have been declined as a result. They really shouldn’t be on TopCashBack.

	Why are they on TopCashback Just read the number of reviews that reference the ineligibility of so many of their products. Agree with all these reviews, they should not be on Topcashback.

	You will NOT get Cash back- 0 stars Read the exclusions before you buy. TCB advertise on their main page a picture of a silver 1oz Bullion Coin with The Royal Mint but they are excluded from Cashback. Completely false advertising. Needs to be taken off the page.

	Didn't pay up! Placed an order for a coin collection. Cashback has been declined, though entitled to it. Deffo using TCB for free advertising!!! If it was possible would have given NO stars.

	Kick them off the platform Check the exclusions, they pretty much exclude everything you can buy. Basically using TopCashback for free advertising and shouldn't be on the platform.

	"Non-Commissionable bullion order" Cash back declined as "Non-Commissionable bullion order", what ever that means. Bottom line, I made a silver purchase as a new customer and no cashback awarded. I wont be buying from this merchant again as I question their honesty. On the other hand BullionByPost give me flawless transactions which, although not on Top Cash Back, prove a cheaper product of the same quality.

	Tracking Issues Three separate orders placed with nothing tracking, but other purchases for different merchants are tracking just fine. Have submitted claims but not feeling hopeful. Clearly an issue.

	Extremely poor No cashback provided until claim submitted, then paltry sum offered through a convoluted reward schedule. Extremely poor.

	Zero star for the mint. Cashback of 59 pence on a £70 purchase. Very poor, and can't leave a zero star.

	Every little helps May take a while to get the cash back but always reliable in the end. Some very good offers available and this is a site I use quite a bit so have a nice steady stream coming in.
