Won't be buying from you again. As per a previous reviewer's experience, refused to give cashback and made up a ridiculous reason for two separate transactions made on the same evening. I use Topcashback very often and know what I'm doing regarding last link to the site. In fact my second transaction that evening was for a Christmas present I had forgot to put in my basket, so went straight to their website from Topcashback, but still got excuse that Topcashback wasn't the last link. Rubbish.

Refused to give cashback and made up some ridiculous reason. I use Topcashback pretty much every day, I think I know how to use the site, it's not that difficult! Poor show Jewel Hut, won't be buying from you again.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced online. They do not tell the truth. Do not expect same day dispatch / next working day delivery, be told the items have been dispatched when they have not, when you telephone the expect a reel of hidden get out clauses and lies. Retailers like this give internet shopping a bad name.

Previously purchased item from seller- cashback tracked eventually after having to put in a missing cashback claim.
I am now looking at buying several more pandora charms plus a safety charm, however sellers terms and conditions now state no cashback available for pandora items. Shame really, lost business as no incentive to purchase from seller therefore I will now purchase from pandora shop, where I can check item quality etc before purchase
