What can I say except praise their customer service. They kept me fully informed when they were unable to fulfill my complete order and refunded the unavailable items immediately and I mean immediately. Then when the order arrived there was a slight mistake, these things happen over the busy Christmas period. But again the service was exceptional, wrong item replaced with the correct one and told I could retain the wrong item. All in all an exceptional experience helped by a very friendly and pleasant customer service team. Found this site quite by accident but have been recommending to all my friends and relatives. Would I shop with them again, definitely yes in a flas
