Had to apply
I have used the Diamond Store more than once and the first time my cashback was declined, not 100% sure why. But on 2nd purchase from there didn’t receive any cash back for a fair period of time so I lodged a missing cashback claim with TC and received the missing money into my account quickly afterwards. On a further purchase which again was for a substantial sum cashback didn’t automatically appear so lodged a missing cashback claim again and lo and behold I received my cashback a few weeks later. So the Diamond Store cashback worked for me.

Don't understand why this was declined, they had not got the original ring which was ordered and I ordered a more expensive one
