	Tesco seriously needs to improve their cashback game. In my personal experience, I can only remember one Tesco Groceries order actually tracking at all, maybe two at most, and I always do my big monthly grocery order from Tesco. I've had to make to make missing cashback claims for 99% of my Tesco Groceries orders and sadly, I've forgotten to do this sometimes. To be fair however, Tesco Groceries does pay the cashback and honour the missing cashback claims but their pay-out is painfully and dreadfully slow as it can take up to 7 months before they send the funds to TCB. If you're lucky, it might take 3 months which is still slow. Come on Tesco, you need to do better than this.

	Never tracks. Appalling. Echoing other reviews, Tesco Groceries has quite simply never tracked and it's a wonder after all this time and all the claims they have had to deal with, the problem is still not fixed.

	Never works Never tracks any cash back. Even deleted app and tried using website only. Still nothing. I spend over £200 a week with Tesco so would be nice to get a little something back.

	37 weeks to get paid! Logged in today to check my cashback status and tescos are now claiming itll take 37 weeks for me to get the cashback! I'm still waiting for a purchase back in march! So now beware you will be waiting 9-10 months!

	Big spend needed? Don't seem to get any cashback although we spend over £100 pounds most weeks. We have it delivered, does this make a difference?

	Don't bother-never works Been trying to use this for months and regularly spend £200+ but NO Cashbacks at all. Have given up trying. This should be a regular earner for a twice a month shopper. Wondering why I bother with Cashback. If it is still not working on Tesco purchases in 2026 I will leave Cashback

	Tesco base claim on the first order entry, not my final weekly shop. I book my Tesco delivery slot early in the week to ensure I get the time I want. This may be for about £25, then I add items all week until the Friday night by which time it is well over the £70 threshold required for topcashback. unfortunately, Tesco or topcashback only recognise the first version of the order. Claim back request is based on my final visit, as per the dates and total purchases offered, but I still get £0 .

	The worst retailer for cashback rewards I spend on average £80-£100 per week with Tesco online and since using my topcashback account (March time), I've received a total of £1 in cashback rewards from Tesco. I've received way more with spending way less with other companies. I no longer bother trying to log any rewards with shopping at Tesco cause there's little point.

	Come on TopCashback - something is not right with Tesco My experience is the same as the very large number of reviews below. Not one penny paid out since first using TC earlier in the year and numerous missing TCB claims have had to be submitted. Tesco is a reputable merchant but they are not paying out for some reason. Can someone from TopCashback say what is going on - you must know from the number of 1 star reviews that something is not right - and not fair.

	Stuck on Confirmed status after placing first ever order I placed my first delivery order with Tesco in Mar 2025 which was moved to Confirmed status in June 2025. However no sign of any cashback. Disappointing, as on the whole I've had nothing but great experiences on TopCashback in the 11 years I've been a member
