	Pointless Half the time it tracks with £0 purchase, and almost every time it gets declined anyway, despite meeting the specified criteria, so it seems pointless even being on TopCashback

	Every little does help! I wish the cash back was more, but very grateful for what I do get! I wish the process was a lot quicker though. It seems to be taking an awful long time to build up an amount worth cashing in and I was hoping to build a decent amount before Christmas. I also think the weeks I spend more it would be great if the cash back was also bigger those weeks please ??

	They never pay out - pointless promoting it. Why are they even on TC? I had a payout once in 2025 and shop online every week - it is a meaningless offer.

	Declined all Cashback since 1 June 2026. Tesco decided to decline all Cashback from 1 June, just as my delivery saver was up for renewal. So I haven’t renewed and now shop with Morrisons,

	Gone downhill Used to track and payout fine, only 50p-£1 as an existing customer but better than nothing. Has now started either confirming at £0.00 or rejecting outright without any explanation

	Take several months to pay out and then don't pay at all...!!! I didn't receive several cashbacks from Tesco.

	Switching to sainsburys Tesco is fine, but where they always track like £5 on a £100 spend, and then always ALWAYS only say it's £0 cashback... they're just lying! :)

	Never recognises cashback I shop here every week and it never registers the correct amount spent so the cashback is always £0.00. I submitted a claim and even though it shows order number etc on my account, they have rejected claim saying I didn't access the website via topcashback even though I did. Waste of time, not sure why they're even on here.

	Never pay out, Tesco are a waste of time I've stopped shopping with Tesco via Topcashback as they never pay out. Other retailers are much better.

	a great cashback transaction and didn't take as long as I thought it would I used this site to get cashback on my shopping at Tesco online, and it went through quickly. I got the cashback quicker than it was posted.

	Reasonable amount paid - when it eventually gets paid! I shop with Tesco regularly, so it’s get I can claim cashback. However, it never tracks and I have to file a claim for every order, which then takes months to resolve.

	Not next day cashback! I use Tesco Groceries almost every week, and my purchase has NEVER tracked without me having to put in a claim. Alsoo, they can't cope with any topping up of an order. eg if I start my shopping list with Tesco on the Monday, but revise mylist until the final order on the Friday night prior to my delivery, Topcashback only seem to recognise the original visist, so even although I spend way over £70 in the end, this is not recognised. I now wait until my final order before going through topcashback and so I do usually get my £1 cashback eventually.

	Never pays out Almost always tracks as £0.00 payable, sometimes £0.85, but then you still get nothing when it comes to payout. They should be removed from here if they are pointless, topcashback is simply giving them free advertising.

	I have never received the cash back with out putting a claim in. When any claims are shown on my list it states confirmed at 0.00. I have stopped going through topcashback for Tesco's because it is a waist of time.

	Not good Cash back amount was measly anyway and they have recently halved it. In spite of this they continue to not payout on genuine use of their grocery site. Maybe another supermarket may be more honourable.

	Hast registered my home insurance. It hasn’t registered my cashback when purchasing home insurance: Have reported it but still nothing! Will not use Tesco through topcashback again. I should have read other reviews before proceeding. All terrible.
