REFUSE cashback with reason
As a new customer, it's impossible to purchase on Symprove without being given a discount. You don't use a voucher code, the discount is applied automatically.
And it seems this discount makes your purchase INELIGIBLE for cashback. Yes, that's right, Symprove refuse to honour the cashback when you make your first purhcase!
I signed up for a new subscription, spending almost £100 over the next 3 months and yet my cashback was denied. Infuriating enough to lose customers!
