	MAGIC, Full payment of Cashback was extremely quick. Extensive variety of properties to choose from. And yes, Cashback was almost immediate. Pity other retailers are not so fast.

	Takes a long time or not at all? Seven months after the stay still awaiting cashback. Suspect it was never going to be paid. However, the usual great service from TC who paid the Cashback from their own funds. A shame that organisations on the site don’t adhere to the terms offered.

	AVOID! No cash back on x2 holidays Don’t bother expecting cash back. I didn’t on x2 Sykes holidays went to appeal gave all the information and topcashback wouldn’t do it.

	No Cash Back Paid Just as all the other reviews have described I had the exact same experience. No cash back paid. Had to wait until after my stay and then it was denied. Should have been around £30 but nope. I did everything right and still no cash back - I submitted a claim for it missing and it was still denied and told that was the final say. I do feel Sykes should be taken off Top Cash Back as they don’t actually seem to pay any cash back judging by my experience and these reviews. I did pass these view along in a complaint at the time my missing cash back claim was denied as well.

	Dont bother with the cash back - always denies it Constantly cancels the cash back claims, reading other review all the same. Does anyone actually get the cash back - TCB should really investigate as it give a poor name when a company keeps refusing to pay the cash back. I have paid, stayed and have invoices off Sykes so they should pay the promised amount as cash back

	No Cash Back I received no cashback, waited patiently then it was too late to submit a ticket. Disgraceful will never use Sykes again , totally unacceptable and false advertising. Sykes should be removed from Topcashback , it seems many people have the same issues.. !

	Complete con I would give zero stars if these silly systems “allowed” this, as they don’t deserve one star. Why is this company that promise cashback always declining for zero reasons? What a complete con. I have had to wait for over a year, until the stays were completed before cashback would be released. It was totally confirmed but now that due to be payable they have cancelled TWO transactions. I am furious about this, and am not the only one that has been scammed out of cashback according to these reviews. How are they allowed to get away with this? Why are TCB still allowing members to be cheated out of legitimate cashback by these scamming companies? Either REMOVE them or PAY OUT as this is beyond a joke, false advertising and conning decent people. Shocking. Do not use as they will seemingly con people every sale they make.

	Sykes never seem to pay out Cash back tracks okay but after months of chasing, Sykes will not communicate with TCB and do not release the funds. Had this happen 3 times (every time)

	Doesnt pay Cashback!!!!!!!!!!! They wait until after you've stayed at accommodation then deny cashback and seems like they do it too a number of people. Topcashback should start putting their foot down with companies that repeatedly do this!!!!!!!

	Nice accommodation slow cashback Having booked with Sykes many times the cashback has always tracked but takes a long time to become payable even after the holiday has been taken. Average cashback time is 6 months over the last few years

	Cashback declined for no good reason Received an update on my claim stating "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed." This is the 2nd cashback attempt with Sykes that has not worked, and one of the only retailers used over many years to have this issue. Beyond poor.

	Cashback Declined Despite disabling add-ons as usual, my cashback with Sykes failed to track. After submitting a missing cashback claim the final response was "We have now received a final response for your claim and been informed that we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed."

	4 months on, cashback still not paid Having just read some of the other reviews, I am pleasantly surprised that my cashback has tracked and is showing as pending. However, I booked the holiday in June, went on it in August and now in October I'm still waiting for the cashback to be paid. Disappointing.

	BEWARE - Cashback doesn't work! I booked a holiday let through Sykes, making sure all unnecessary browser windows and all other applications were closed down and double checked to ensure the tracking was working properly. I completed my rental booking, which was a large one, with estimated cashback of c.£80 and enjoyed my break. I waited patiently for my cashback, but this did not arrive. I raised a missing cash back request through TCB and whilst they could confirm the date and time I clicked through to Sykes, which matched up very closely to the date & time of my booking confirmation email from Sykes, they rejected my cash back claim!!! This was outrageous, especially when I can see so many complaints on this site. My advice is to not expect cash back from Sykes, and if you do receive, then it's a bonus. I don't know why they are still on here, given it seems the CB does not work for many people - it's certainly having a detrimental impact on their reputation! All very odd!

	Do not book through topcashback This retailer has refused cashback from numerous people. I have had to make a complaint direct to the company as topcashback seem to be fobbed off by them so easily .

	You WILL NOT get a cashbak Sykes Cottages does not honour cash back incentives. The will not track the cashback and even if you appeal they will deny the claim. Don't bother with these.

	Amazingly cashback has become payable. Made a booking in December for a holiday to be taken in June nearer the date the accomodation had the tick rating reduced with a substantial price reduction. I asked Sykes if the price I paid would be reduced to reflect this, I received a snotty reply saying no reduction would be applied. So the morale of this tale is never book early with this outfit it could seriously cost you,in my case over two hundred pounds.Book with Haven they pass on reductions.

	Feel conned !! Sykes were quick to tell me how much cash back i would be getting into my account , only for it to be declined about 2 weeks after holiday stay ! Lodged complaint only to be told “transaction cannot be traced” How convenient for Sykes !!

	Cashback still pending after holiday in May. Booked a holiday in February which we went on in May. Cashback value is £98.91 and says estimated time to pay 8 weeks. Still heard nothing and TCB state that the issue lies with Sykes.

	Slow payout I've used this company a number of times. They have only paid out when I've paid for my cottage in full at the time of booking (which often isn't feasible to do) and the payout takes way longer than estimated time. Often they wait until after your stay to pay out, regardless of how long this is
