Spent several hundred pounds clicking through this website for a series of rail tickets. Despite having an order number, they refused to payout on both of the transactions.
Firstly, they mysteriously couldn't find any of my orders (despite giving a transaction number). When I gave them more ticket numbers as lot of proof of purchase, they strangely said that the transaction was "not completed online". Of course it was!
TCB were helpful, but in the end failed to get them to cough up. First company not to payout for me here in the several years I've been with TCB.
A joke and should be avoided.

Cashback did not track and claim waiting for months with merchant... Yet to be tracked. Cashback experience is bad so far.
But they were helpful in providing all information related to pass I purchased.
