	Swarovski do not honour correctly tracked and valid purchases, I have now had three purchases declined and am owed over £56 in cashback even if you lodge a claim they never respond, have used in the past but now they seem to decline everything

	Really bad. They paid me cashback in error and when I made a claim for the cashback I was expecting it was declined plus the cashback paid in error taken back from me. If they paid it in error it was their mistake and they should not be taking it back off me in my opinion. What do you expect they are no better with their customer service via the telephone, i've had a very bad experience all around this this company.

	Extremely bad. Swarovski mentioned that there is 5.05% cash back when purchasing Sale online but end up they declined all my cashback in June (two purchases) and July (1 purchase) respectively. Have complained to TopCashBack but nobody replied. DISAPPOINTED!!!!

	For some unknown reason cash back was declined- did everything right and initially it tracked then all of a sudden it was declined

	As with other reviews a waste of time. 4 month wait and no cashback. Eventually declined although no real reasoning provided. Don't think this retailer has any intention of paying

	It was waste of time of trying to get cashback from Swarovski. Bought item and tracked 0. Simply they do not want to pay any cashback. Won't buy any more.

	I clicked through and it did not track, and have pursued with TCB, but Swarovski says it is not due as 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale'. This is simply not the case, I am very careful about clicking through. It seems that they simply don't want to honour the cashback. Very disappointing, I shan't be using this retailer again.

	I clicked through and should have got over 6%, but it seems this merchant does not honour their cashback, my transaction showed on my account as 0.00 which to me shows that they know I bought it via a link from topcashback BUT when TCB queried it they decided not to honour the claim on the suggestion that another site pop up or search engine was used. I have pop up blockers on my machine. Very very disappointed with this company don't use it.
