Swarovski do not honour correctly tracked and valid purchases, I have now had three purchases declined and am owed over £56 in cashback even if you lodge a claim they never respond, have used in the past but now they seem to decline everything

Really bad. They paid me cashback in error and when I made a claim for the cashback I was expecting it was declined plus the cashback paid in error taken back from me. If they paid it in error it was their mistake and they should not be taking it back off me in my opinion. What do you expect they are no better with their customer service via the telephone, i've had a very bad experience all around this this company.
