	I had previously left a comment to say cashback was not honoured for this provider and showed 0.00 so knew it had tracked however since that time suddenly £5.80 was shown instead and is payable now. Who knows why if I was buying from this retailer anyway then I would try for cashback but it seems hit and miss.

	Cashback didn't track properly, so I got less than I should have, as the amount wasn't coming up correct. Raised a support ticket with Topcashback, and they still couldn't get me the right amount of cashback owed!

	Disgusted. Have been shopping with Swarovski for 24 years and they didn't honour cashback claim I did on 30th Oct. I know how to use this website so am appalled of them wriggling out of paying me £3.60. If they don't amend this I am not shopping with them again. I never used another discount code so they should honour the offer they had then. The fact that when you lodge a missing claim it comes up with the time of your order shows I did it through them. Shame on you Swarovski.

	two transactions a few days apart, both declined after 1 year of logging a case, wont be using again, said we used a different referral site - I would like to know what site as only use TCB and clear everything first before logging in and going to the site,
