	Tracked Instantly Got the 80% cashback offer for 2 years + 3 free months. After cashback,it will end up costing £17,including tax,for 27 months - That's 62p a month! Happy with that!

	Tracked correctly Transaction tracked within an hour. Just a heads up that SurfShark doesn't include VAT in the transaction. They really should make this clear in the terms as not everyone will accept this but it is a perfectly reasonable to accept as taxes are something we all have to contribute towards.

	100% Cashback?! Fake Advertising That day 100% cashback was advertised. The subscription was successful and my cashback was tracked, BUT only 64% cashback. Wasted my time to seek for the refund.

	Unreliable and no honour to customers Declined the claim, citing that it did not come through TCB which was untrue and only finding excuses to decline the claim. TCB is also getting worse in doing their job. I am seeing lot's of claims getting declined where everything was as per their guidance and still claims declined telling me that I did not go through them. I am loosing my trust in TCB now.

	Avoid! They refused cashback and now I’ve paid full price, not happy I followed all of the steps and visited the website through topcashback and accepted the cookies and still they are saying they can’t see my details of a refer from topcashback so avoiding giving me the cashback that I’m owed. Avoid and I won’t be purchasing again in the future.

	No Cashback Cashback didn't track, raised a claim via customer services. Weeks later I got: "Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." Translates to me that Surfshark just doesn't want to payout after seeing other similar reviews!

	Didn't track. Not surprised. It is ironic that small cashback amounts track reliably but more substantial ones often lead to untracked claims. Surfshark: "Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." I should have read the reviews on this page first. Also Surfshark has not been particularly reliable for me either.

	Great VPN service, cashback payable soon after purchase Purchase of VPN subscription was tracked straight away, cashback became payable probably a month later (there was a cooling off period, I believe). Very happy with the quality, far better than my previous VPN provider and it being an European company is a huge bonus for me.

	Got paid Made my purchase on 26th Dec 2024 and got paid cashback on 2nd March 2025. The cashback amount was 100% but I noticed it was short just over £1 so didn't quite give 100% But overall happy with it.

	Don't rely on the cashback Purchased from Surfshark via TopCashback and had cashback refused. The cashback was refused with Surfshark eventually saying that the purchase wasn't made as a result of linking directly from TopCashback, that is completely untrue as the purchase was made immediately following the link.

	Surfshark Cashback Scam I fell for the 95% cashback offer in July 2024. After the 30 day cool off period had elapsed I received much less than the 95%. I put in a dispute & waited for 3 months only to be told that Surfshark couldn't find my order number. Strange after I had already received a small amount of cashback from them. I resent the information & waited for another 3 months. I gave a "nudge" after a couple of weeks then received a request to end the dispute. I have resent the information again, but after 7 months I'm not holding any hope of getting my money. As for the VPN, it doesn't work any better than a few of the free options out there.

	Dreadful VPN, cashback didn't track After 4 years with NordVPN, I thought I'd give SurfShark a go, particularly as it had 95% cashback. The cashback didn't ever track, but it doesn't really matter. No matter which VPN I tried to connect with, the internet speed was so bad, it was unusable. I couldn't even load a BBC News webpage, let alone do any streaming. I've asked for my money back (they have a 30-day money back guarantee) and am going back to NordVPN.
