Still awaiting cashback from July 2021 Booking
I booked a holiday on 12.07.21 for 2 weeks in Turkey leaving 07.08.22, Sunshine have accepted and authorised the cashback claim twice before but due to us not having taken the holiday they declined it at a later date (monies apparently only get paid out when you have taken the holiday). The claim was resubmitted back to the retailer network on 30.08.22 when we had returned from our holiday but to date SUNSHINE have still not paid us the £81.62 owed from the booking. We have booked numerous times with Sunshine and not had issues, I have booked a 3 week holiday with another supplier this time as I am very disappointed that Sunshine have still not sorted this issue out.

Don’t book your holiday through TopCashback, go direct to the website I book a holiday viaTCB for £818.75 and earned £26.52 cashback my wife was looking for a holiday at the same time and found the same holiday on the same site for £788.51, £30.24 cheaper than going through top cashback

Cheapest price we could find for our hotel, but the cashback didn't track. Our missing claim back claim has just been declined with the merchant saying TiopCashBack wasn't the referring site. TopCashBack was definately the referring site, so a little bit cross about that!

Been trying too claim cashback since initial payment in January 2013! Have lodged claim in jan and have sent many messages concerning this issue. Have been told it is in sunshines hands and awaiting a reply! I would say too gopcash not too use sunshine as surely 9 mths is a ridiculous time too wait?

Was due £209 cash back on a holiday. It didn't track, missing cash back claim pot in and have now received notification from Top Cash back that the claim has been declined and no reason given. I did not visit the site through any other search engine etc. Only visited the site through top cash back. Feel as if they had no intention of honouring it. Will not use the company again as a result

Booked hotel through Topcash via Sunshine paid deposit in May transaction was confirmed by topcash but did not track have put in claim still waiting for sunshine not happy as used other merchants on topcash with no problem this is the first time using sunshine will not book with them again

booked in april spent over £900 on holiday never tracked as pending sent enquiry in april chased up in june july and august no response so far stil awaiting merchant will still keep chasing as due £34.00
