tried this over a few days and takes me through all the questions then say unable to proceed 'because of technical difficulties' but able to go to the website directly and do it

No cashback received
Bought home insurance through topcashback, ticked all the boxes for cashback , sent in a claim when it didn’t appear. Chased it up with a claim and Sky say they cannot find my purchase! Would not recommend sky protect through topcashback.

Unable to rate No star for this one. Not a good cashback experience for me. A straighforward missing claim was not honoured despite has been chased since dec16. Very disappointing and frustrating. What's the point of retailers to participate if they're not bothered. Wasting member's time. Sorry have to say that I felt cheated! This is my first bad experience and I am sure it won’t be the last.
